If you used our product, and are not satisfied, you may return them within 30 days from the purchase receipt packed with your return products with a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
TO MAKE A PRODUCT RETURN, SIMPLY FOLLOW THESE STEPS
- Download the Refund Application Form (RAF) and fill out your details. (PDF Link)
- Send the form to us at [email protected] and wait for us to send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) upon approval
- Mail our products (used or unused) back to us within 30 days from the receipt of RMA# to the address below. Please include the RMA# on the label

Upon receiving your Refund Application Form (RAF), we will respond within 2-5 business days with return instructions and an issued RMA number. Upon approval of your returned package, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. Prior authorization is required on all returns.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when shipping the items. Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. For Paypal and iPay88 transactions, refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. Depending on the timing of your billing cycle, it may take up to two billing periods for your refund to appear. If the original credit card account has expired or been canceled, we can not issue a refund (no exceptions). We are not responsible for any charges/fees assessed by your banking institution.

- Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Onecare Wellness Sdn. Bhd.
- Returned products without an issued RMA number will not be refunded
- All returned products must be well-packed in order to be refunded
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is fully responsible for return shipping charges
- Customers are entitled to claim a one-time refund only. If multiple orders for the same item(s) exist for an individual, only the first order may qualify for a refund within 30 days.
- Refunds are only offered for products returned to us within 30 days from ship date marked on the original receipt
