Where can I buy Ag-Factor? Can I get the product in any pharmacy or beauty salon?
No. We are only selling online worldwide.
Can I buy from your shop or office (COD)?
Yes, you can call us @ 012-215 5536 / 012-268 9904 before you come to pick up the product.

I don't have a credit card, how can i purchase?
You can drop by any Maybank / CIMB branch to do the Cash Deposit or Online Maybank2u / CIMBclick Transfer. Once payment made, please fill in online order form from on payment page. Or email / sms us your detail ( full name, address, date and amount you bank in).

How many capsules a day?
Adults: 2 capsules before bedtime.
Children: 1 capsule twice a day, mornings and evenings.
Smokers / Drinkers: 3 capsules before partying.
Does Ag-Factor™ brighten skin for the whole body or just the face?
Ag-Factor™ helps brighten skin all over the body.
What will happen to the changed skin if I stop taking Ag-Factor™?
There are no side effects even though you will have stopped taking Ag-Factor™.
Is Ag-Factor™ approved?

Where does Ag-Factor™ originate from?
Ingredients are all imported from Europe and the USA and packaged in Malaysia by a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) approved factory.
Do I still need to apply sunblock and skincare products while taking Ag-Factor™?
Yes. Sunblock plays an important role in protecting skin especially for those living in humid countries like Malaysia. For skincare, just choose any range of hydrating products. The reason for this is humid weather causes a loss of moisture, causing our skin to become dehydrated and leading to either increased oiliness or sensitivity.
Can Ag-Factor™ clear up my pigmentation, dark spots or freckles?
Ag-Factor™ is very effective against signs of aging and pigmentation/dark spots. Even today’s laser treatments are unable to clear these completely and can only lighten at best. And after laser treatment, some people’s skin will become more sensitive. Ag-Factor™ can prevent this from worsening and may lighten further, although not clear the skin completely.
Is Ag-Factor™ safe for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers?
Yes. Ag-Factor™ is safe to consume during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is actually very good for enhancing both your immune system and your baby’s at the same time.
What is the difference between Ag-Factor™ whey protein and other whey proteins on the market?
1 capsule of Ag-Factor™ is equivalent to 2000 glasses of milk. It is concentrated whey protein, which consists of cysteine peptides.
Can Ag-Factor™ prevent AIDS?
No, but it can prevent HIV from becoming AIDS, because it enhances the immune system.
Should I continue with my collagen while taking Ag-factor ?
No, you can stop taking collagen altogether. Ag-Factor™ enables your body to work more intelligently and trigger the production of glutathione, the “master antioxidant", thereby indirectly producing collagen.
Is Ag-Factor™ safe for women who are on blood-pressure medications?
Yes, it is safe for women who are on blood-pressure medications.
What is the difference of Ag-Factor™ and Praventac?
Ag-Factor™ is for anti-aging and skin brightening. It also helps enhance the immune system and detox the blood in the liver. Praventac is for problem skin like acne, acne scars, blemishes and white/ blackheads.
